Karen Kay Imagawa was keynote speaker on Child Abuse and Neglect at a dinner given by the Audrey Hepburn Foundation dedicated to the sponsorship and naming of the Audrey Hepburn CARES Team at CHLA. The unveiling of the Audrey Hepburn stamp by the United States Postal Service was subsequently done at the new Saban Research Institute. She continues to serve as Director, CHLA CARES Team for victims of Child Abuse and Neglect. She has been appointed as Director of the joint GPS-USC UAP Behavioral and Development Program effective July 1, 2002. She was the recipient of the 29th Annual CHLA Morris and Mary Press Humanism Award 2001.
